Vltava, the most haunted river

I believe the Vltava is the most haunted river in Europe. The river that separate the Lesser town and the Old Town has been the witness of such horrible events happened in Prague, the old Capital of the Holy Roman Empire.
Charles IV, San Vitus, Venceslao IV and Rodolf II were some of the main characters of the great Reign of Bohemia, all of them believed in Astronomy, Mistycism. Alchimy, worship of the arts and occult sciences were concentrated here...
Mysterious forces came here. Who they are, what kind of nature and world they belongs, nevertheless they still live here. The Vltava hides more of what we know or we expect.
I stare at the water and I have the impression something is over there...
